Run application as administrator from user via encrypted file.

Launch applications with temporary administrator rights for this program under the account of the limited user themselves,
with his own profile and settings.
Suitable for running programs, who need the user properties like printers, desktop, office settings, network shares and permissions.
The user account will be temporarily moved into local group administrators from RunAsRob for the specific application, if it is allowed to start via RunAsRob in RunAsAdmin.
By this method the limited user have to input his own credentials bevor application start. This credentials can also be saved for the next call.
